1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items purchased as part of a clearance event are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
3. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
4.How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Just fill the refund form.
- Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to send the item back.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
